We keep it simple.
No tracking. No accounts. No stored personal data. Just surveys that disappear when they're done.
What we collect
Nothing that could identify you personally. When someone takes a survey, we store only their answers — no names, no email addresses, no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no session identifiers.
Survey creators provide a title, questions, and an expiry window. That's it.
Tracking & analytics
Darn Fine Surveys uses no analytics software, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, and no third-party cookies. There is nothing watching you use this site — not us, not anyone else.
Data retention & deletion
Every survey is created with an expiry: 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month. When a survey expires, all of its data is permanently deleted — the survey itself, every question, and every response. There are no archives, no backups retained beyond that window. Users are free to export the data while the survey is live, but not after.
Survey responses are visible to anyone with the results link while the survey is live. Once deleted, they are gone for good.
Cookies
We don't set any cookies.
Third-party services
We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This is a standard CDN request your browser makes; Google may log it per their own privacy policy. We have no control over and no visibility into those logs.
Everything else — styles, scripts, logic — is served directly from our own server.
